JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER (PLANNING):

·       
To assist Planning Head, working in a project site.

·       
Having in-depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on
Project             scheduling tracking, delay analysis, WBS, etc.

·       
To facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and                     monitoring.

·       
Ensure timely procurement of major bought out items through
effective         planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement               Schedule for the project on periodic basis.

·       
Preparation of MIS reports, DPR, WPR and material
reconciliation.

·       
Preparing Budget, Cash Flow and Material/Manpower Projections
for             overall project.

·       
Coordinate with Client, Architects, Construction Managers,
Project                Managers, and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and            dealt with expeditiously.

·       
Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP)

·       
Reviews the Proposed Construction Program and Execution Plan.

·       
Studies the Site Drawings and raise RFI within time.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

B. Tech / B.E Civil 4-8 years of Experience. Should have worked
with reputed Contracting organizations and of high value projects. Experience
in Planning domain for High Rise Residential / Commercial/ Institutional
Projects. Must possess excellent soft skills, should be technically strong
& multi-Tasking. Masters in project management would be preferred. Working
knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.

2. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER – (COMMERCIAL / QS):

·       
Providing timely inputs regarding quantity and cost to planning
dept. for       prestart and cost to complete Estimate.

·       
Reconciliation of material and labour during and on completion
of the           project.

·       
Raising and obtained certification of invoices as per contract
terms               (Client billing.)

·       
Timely preparation and processing of sub agency bills                                   (Subcontractors bills)

·       
Capturing of expenses and receipt in the system to provide
inputs to             Planning / finance dept. for MIS report (e.g., P and L etc.)

·       
To ensure the implementation of QS procedure and SAP systems.

·       
Study of drawings/ technical specifications and BOQ.

·       
Compiling executed quantities as per contract terms.

·       
Carrying out daily joint inspection of records / measurements.

·       
Preparing of bill in SAP / Submission / certification from
client including         extra item bills

·       
Monthly sending of submitted and certified client bill to
accounts dept.

·       
Identification of deviated item extra item and giving feedback
to Project       manager.

·       
Preparation and monitoring of receivable statement from client.

·       
Final bill preparation and certification from clients.

·       
Attending client/ PMC meetings when required.

1. Should

function

2. Should have exp in QA/QC function from buildings / commercial
/ IT Parks / Residential projects.

3. Should have sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures right from
initial stage to finishing.

4. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER – (FINISHES):

·       
Coordination of finishing activities like plaster, flooring, MEP
works,               cladding, false ceiling etc,

·       
Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, joinery works,
wall             finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works.
Must       be capable of leading team of foremen, charge hands and worker and           handle
assigned tasks independently.

·       
Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior
fit-out & finishing       work.

Desired Candidate profile

1. B.E. / Diploma civil engineer with 5 to 10 years of
experience.

2. Candidate should have experience in having done finishing
works in IT Parks / commercial buildings / hotels.

5. SUPERVISOR – (FINISHES/REINFORCEMENT/FORMWORK):

·       
Charge-hand, shuttering, rebar and finishing, with 3-10 years of
experience in large mechanized industrial / commercial construction projects
with relevant exposure to multi-disciplinary activities. Preference will be
given to the candidates with ITI Qualification.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. SSC / ITI with 7-10 years’ experience from good construction
companies.

2. Hi-rise Building experience mandatory.
